The penalty save could prove criticalNothing is impossible, but I feel we leak to many goals to overturn a 3.0 defeat, It would need a nightmare performance from Real Madrid and a homer of a referee for City to go through

Pep does some weird things at times, when I saw the line up I expected a loss.We were lucky to get away with just a three goal deficit , it could easily have been five or six , incredulous that Pep could get it so wrong , and to not even acknowledge this after the game , still havent got a clue what he was trying to do or his tactics and it didnt look like the players knew either.
Cherki Marmoush Art Nouri and Nunes have been in good form recently and all of them sat on their arses on the bench , just a very strange selection and set up , hope its out of Pep's system and we play our strongest eleven and tactics against West Ham , we dont win that game then the Goons can book the open top bus.
were in trouble darren england cant ref english team ;)a homer of a referee for City to go through
Spot on Paul but you’ll be accused of being negative instead of being a realist,we’d love nothing more than to smash these fuckers 3-0 up and late into injury time and a forth for us of course we can dream but it’s highly improbable..
The penalty save could prove critical
Nunes, Ait-Nouri, Cherki are three names who have to be on the team sheet imo, as opposed to the first leg.A goal in the first ten minutes for us would get the place rocking and then who knows? Anything can happen at the Etihad.
I've got IBS. You get a flare every now and again.IBS or something similar
Unfortunately neither are we.Sometimes you can take inspiration from failure. Yes, the penalty save could inspire a fight back in the 2nd leg, but it's going to need one hell of a night and the sort of night that everybody will talk about for years to come
Magic happens at the Etihad and we have produced it on many occasions, so you never know
I will say that Madrid are not the all-mighty team of yesteryear
Even with seven regulars out, sadlyLet's face it, they fucking have our number don't they?
Come on Stan Doku zipped 3 great crosses across the 6 yard box that non of our great scorers could be arse getting on the end of. After that he was marked by 2 players, last night was not on Doku mate :-)Men vs boys. Pep had a terrible game with his line up and formation and with his unwillingness to change things as we were getting torn apart.
Haaland can go for me. Absolute no show from him.
All of them looked outclassed. Doku's decision making was shite. Pep has probably fucked O'Reilly's confidence a good bit for leaving him out to dry at LB. Nunes dropped ? Why ? They eased off totally after the missed penalty. Good luck selling tickets for the 2nd leg City. You can blame it on Pep when there's tons of empty seats.
It would be typical City to score 2 first half goals, get the 3rd in the Second half, only for Madrid to nick one in the closing stages.Nothing is impossible, but I feel we leak to many goals to overturn a 3.0 defeat, It would need a nightmare performance from Real Madrid and a homer of a referee for City to go through
He'll be fit for the world cup though ;-)Haaland should be ashamed of himself tonight. Walking pace for most of the game. Doesn't fancy the battle Vs Rudiger and won't embarrass himself by racing 1 v1 against Huijsen. If your focal point doesn't want to play the whole system fails as it's built around him. He just never made the runs or competed.

Or win 4 zip in normal time ?That means extra time a few days before Wembley
No thanks. I’d rather lose
Do remember that now. Don’t believe everything you see online then folks. Whether it’s 140 or not, last night our corners were quite dismal, and we never ever look threatening from them.Rodri scored a header from a corner against Forest so just wondering where you get a figure of 140 from ?
Chelsea fans moaned about his style of play. He won the Prem/FA Cup double with a top top side but was still sacked. He's not a visionary like Pep and last time I looked, Pep had won more trophies in a shorter space of time. Pep is the greatest coach who ever lived albeit yesterday wasn't his finest hour.He won the PL at Chelsea.
Ancelotti has won the title in the 5 top European leagues and also won 5 champions leagues .
Very difficult for Pep to emulate that
