It’s no surprise that the English referees don’t get any of the big gigs. That referee was everything they’re not.
That being said I think they’re run by Colina and ours are run by Riley. Enough said I suppose..

Considering we've just won away, from a goal down, to the most successful club in the history of the competition, who have a coach who has won it numerous times, the lack of interest does seem somewhat bizarre.

Not to mention the Pep tactics masterclass and the current investigations.
 
I’ve already praised the ref but I want to go further and suggest he was not to blame for the Spurs game last season. He did his best to look at it but they didn’t give him the smoking gun camera angle. Tonight showed he is a fair, honest ref. It was whoever is in change of the replays that shafted us that day.

Why was he bitter? Far from average for us overall many a player have peaked earlier than others. Shouldn’t detract from how good he was for us in his prime.

I didn’t watch it on BT, what was Hart saying?

I had Terry Phelan and Ashley Westwood both bigging is up, both loving the game and result!
