How is it a strange post? Do you not feel the same? I can't wait for this season to be over, the twice weekly nerves and stress are doing me in!
I don't want it to end - at least not until we've won both competitions - we need to cherish these moments whilst they last (hopefully for many seasons to come :-)

Ederson
Walker, Dias, Laporte, Cancelo
Rodri
Bernardo, De Bruyne
Mahrez, Jesus, Foden

No reason why this side can't win the match tonight, let alone on aggregate. Would obviously accept a draw of any kind.

We could have easily scored 7 in the first leg. I’m quietly confident as long as we don’t concede early.

I think we lack control with Bernardo and KdB playing very offensively. Rodri stays alone very often.

would be happier with 2 DMCs, Rodri and Ferna.

We are good on the break you know we just hardly ever get the chance to show it.
We are, but our game is more about control and that's why our defence improved. We know Real will need to come at us at some point, so I think the gameplan at least will be to keep the ball as much as possible and push them into coming at us like they did in the first game. The key will be us controlling the moments where there are turnovers, not over-commit like we did in the first game as we really don't need to.

I'd have Bernardo alongside Rodri but otherwise would agree with this side (assuming Walker is fit to play).

Chelsea went at them after an initial feeling out and tore them apart.

I just find it rather strange that you would want the season to end, whats the point of watching footie if its not to be involved in these type of games. I'd love to be out in Madrid right now if I could afford it.

Different strokes etc Foggy. I probably could afford it, but I refuse to waste money on the CL. The telly will do (other than the invariably scouse biased commentary).

It can be difficult to enjoy some games at this stage of the season... Reading some of the comments on this thread, I reckon that about 50% of posters will be dashing between the telly and the toilet for most of the game!

I learned not to take anything for granted with City after we were relegated in 62/3. The last time I was genuinely worried about the result of a game was when we lost to Luton. Typical City. Nothing bothers me about matches any more - Whatever happens it'll never be worse than that day.

Whatever the result tonight, we'll all be back on form and up to back the Blues on Sunday!

Madrid will score first tonight. We need to hang in until we get the opportunity to play our game. The worst thing we can do is lose our heads.

Watched the 1st leg on Bein which was a lot less biased, Nigel De Jong in the studio helps & Andy Gray is also unbiased, its just Dicky Keys whos hates City & Sterling especially.
