Tough to take but Real deserve some credit for the way they have come back so many times in this competition. We should not have assumed they were beat until we were back in Manchester.
We need to bounce back and secure the league and it will still be a good season. We desperately need to fix our finishing problem for next season.
Pissed off but I will get over it - unconditional love and all that.

Why does Pep never even contemplate youth? Possibly the only player who could have got us a goal back was Cole Palmer and he was completely ignored.

I'm more bothered about the needless extra time, fatigue and injuries than not getting to the final to be honest.

Their second was a touch fortunate, glancing off the player in front before the bullet header
Dias was naive on the pen, but I'm certain he got the ball

Bernardo was brilliant tonight as was Walker

We should have buried that tie in the first 20 minutes at home, but that's what you get in a cup competition

I'm logging off now till Sunday and I'm certainly staying away from any football until then
