That creaky defence of ours crumbled again when put under pressure. The stats flatter it, which is down to possession football. How many times have we seen teams have only a couple of chances and score them all, but we need 10 chances to score one! Says it all really.

We were doing that quite well until Cancelo's lovely floated cross into Courtois' arms, which gave them back possession. But yeah, the inability to control the game after their first goal was awful.

We missed about 8 very good chances over the 2 legs. What other top club in Europe doesn’t have a quality striker.
we also miss many chances every week.
