Great match, two wonderful strikes, I'd have take a draw early doors so well happy with that. Now to finish them in the second leg. Lads'll be knackered after that steam box. All put in a shift and whilst our play wasn't the one touch, two touch we're used to it can't be easy playing in those conditions. Ederson was fantastic too when called on, nothing he could do with that shot, as Courtois couldn't with Kevs.

Thought we played well overall against a very good team. I suspect we were happy with the 1-1 as after the equaliser, we didn't really push it much and seemed happy enough just to pass it around in defence.

A fair result and a good result for us. We can do them at home.

Nathan Ake is most probably back next leg, build-up should be much, much better. Players should also be better adapted to Madrid and their tactics and skullduggery as well next leg.
