Real Madrid (A) | Post Match Thread

Despicable club and fans. Having said that we'll never have a better chance to bloody their nose other than better Wednesday.

Real Madrid Constantly moaning and their attitude in press afterwards screams to me they arent confident no matter how much they are trying to portray.
That’s the vibe I’m getting and as another poster has said, I think we’ve seen their best and they haven’t seen ours. They say they’re confident but all their cry arsing says otherwise to me.

add in the rumour about him going really defensive by dropping rodrygo and going 442

I just hope that if BT set up their little pitch side studio on Wednesday that no City fans ruin their show with any childish chanting.

Thinks I particularly hope they don’t chant are:

Rio Ferndinand is a wanker, is a wanker.
Or a cheerful little ditty about his alley cat behavior while his wife was dying of cancer

May well have been mentioned, but the bit for me was when kev and erling were bombing up front together towards the end. They gave it a go, didn't come off, but the rest of the team hung back. That's not being timid, that's sticking to a plan. The likeliest way for Real to have scored was to hit us on the break, and it was more important to keep the tie level to take back to ours. There's a maturity to their game I don't think we've seen before. I'd love to think so anyway. Second leg is going to be class.

We earned a 1-1 draw against the European Champions at the Bernabeu playing in third gear.

Thought Walker was outstanding and kudos also to Eddie.

We will take them apart at our place.

You know tolmie..

You could make a killing as a City podcaster & therapist in one for City fans for those still suffering from Cititis.

I for one appreciate your ITK, but no one on this forum talks with more sense and reassurance than you!

Guardiola said on Tuesday night that his team had lacked the aggressiveness to score more and that he had an idea of how he could put that right in the second game.

I hope the weather conditions next week are top tier Manchester meteorology.

I'm talking... pissing it down, 15C with a stiff Siberian wind. Give the Viking some conditions he's used to. Let the Spaniards cower from the elements to protect their delicate Iberian features.

It'll be 1588 all over again.
I'm afraid they have just two spaniards in their starting IX.
Paraphrasing some media ****, Real Mardrid is spaniard only by location.

They can’t ban him, works for a licence holder
Same with Rob Harris the crooked prick, slagging us on our own pitch
We take their money. We have to suck it up
Fact remains that no other English club is covered in this way
BT keeping the Vinicius goal as their pinned tweet until well after kick off tonight
Gleefully posting the bitter celebration of a has-been drug cheat who cheated on his dying wife
And then posting that his celebration was “all of us” on their TikTok
So glad they are all being laid off by Discovery. Place must be more riddled with plastic redshirts than Media City
Hopefully Karma is real because if it is, that dirty , ugly, camel faced twat is going to suffer and suffer badly at some stage.
