When I found out the final date was 10th June I saw it as an omen, my dear departed Dads birthday and he was a massive blue, went to all the cup finals in the 30’s and 50’s. To add to that I’m in Spain and my Sister is visiting for the first time in 7 years and she’s a blue too. What a party we’ll have in the sun IF it happens.

As someone mentioned, Real are the opposite of Bayern in the sense that they are not as good as Bayern between the boxes, but they are much more clinical than Bayern. IMO, this notion that they are much weaker than Bayern isn't based in reality. Bayern themselves have struggled in the Bundesliga in comparison to previous seasons.

Liverpool are not great this season, but no other team has scored 5 at Anfield. Real did it. Few teams, if any, have won by 4 goals at Camp Nou. Real did it.

Ancelotti is not a great league manager. But Ancelotti is a fantastic CL manager, and Real are a different beast in the CL.

Personally, I'm optimistic, but not delusional. Some seem to conflate being wary of Real's class in the CL with being pessimistic. One can be optimistic without being delusional. They are the kings of the CL for a reason. We have an exceptional team, though, and can win everywhere.
