Relax blues. This will be a chess game across the two legs. But trust our blue boys and Pep to get the job done. Our unexpected advantage is we’re living rent free in their heads.
They’ve been moaning about all sorts of perceived slights and looking to extract every bit of advantage going into the game. Pep asking Vinicius mid-game at our place “when are you guys going to start playing?”, Pep getting a picture taken with four fingers raised after the 4-0 beat down, the charade with the roof going up, RM wanting to have the fixtures switched so they play second (pointing to the Athleti-Dortmund game also happening in Madrid tonight), Rudiger saying the 1:1 with Haaland is personal, the list goes on. This pent up emotion could be their downfall. If we are serene through a few tricky periods we will see this through.
