Madrid's starting XI will be pretty good. The bigger problem may be the lack of great options on the bench, especially in defence. Also, they may be not sufficiently fresh after having played Celta 3 days earlier with 10 man in the last 20 minutes or so while chasing a draw.

I don't know about you, but I get *less* confident the more I heard about madrid injuries. they are a demonic team and they only get stronger when you think they are under the cosh.

Im suprised we are favourites for this but I guess it's down to them being out of form along with injuries. Seems a good time to play them.

Should have been a free hit, but probably could do with a point at least to give us a bit of margin.

I think we all expected to get beaten there last season, but when you look back at the team we put out it's a surprise it was only 3-0 to be honest!

This year we're much stronger and they've obviously got a few issues bubbling up.

I think we can beat them if we play on the counter.

Would be a huge boost to get the win, especially away from home. A useful measure of where we are, even if they're not the best side at the moment.
