We have the makings of a decent side but we must get the recruitment right this summer.
We have been truly blessed over the last 18 yrs we can now either push on or fall into the pack.
We consider ourselves a big club now and what we are seeing noe is not good enough.
People keep banging on about York away and div 2 and remember how it was.That is not a valid argument anymore.
Any way the crowd proved they were elite tonight as did Kush nd Cherki.

I saw an offside. I'm not saying it wasn't a penalty but when I am at the match id like a clue why play has dtopped.

Round us we thought game had been stopped for a potential penalty for us at the other end as we'd seen the offside flag, should have known better when was our last favourable decision in Europe.
 
Obviously lost the tie on the first leg but a great effort tonight from all the players despite being down to 10 men. Unfortunately can’t really complain too much about the handball decision albeit there appeared to be a great deal of confusion about offside. Kushanov outstanding, Rodri, Cherki and Doku all excellent the remainder all very good. At least we go into Sunday on the back of a decent performance, didn’t deserve to concede at the death.

Only one would be given off side these days, and unfortunately the one we needed to be off, probably wasn't.

Our disallowed goal looked extremely tight too though?

We need to keep Rodri. He is back to his best.
 
Crikey, I'm surprised by some of the comments in here. I gave up £200 and two days to attend the game and am pleased I did.

Ii thought we showed character with virtuoso performances from Khusanov (who, I fear got injured near the end) and Cherki who ran the show. I thought all the others played very well and Rodri is improving with every game.

With better finishing and even a modicum of luck, we'll be a very good team.

But it wasn’t 5,6,or 7. We missed more chances than them tonight and were hampered by a ref that failed to give us the free kicks he gave them, embarrassed my fucking arse
 
It’s a cruel game

Not a chance we deserved to lose tonight

Better team even though we played 70 minutes with 10 men

Hopefully our luck will change on Sunday
