Those questioning Bernardo in the pre-match thread...How many times must the little genius shine in big games to understand he's one of the first names on the sheet?

Bernardo's been exceptional in big games for us, up there with Aguero and KDB.

Akanji is a phenomenal signing, same as Alvarez. Guess Pep will start him in the final even if Ake is fully fit.

I was questioning Bernardo starting and boy was I wrong. Basically all comes down to never doubting pep. What he sees and knows is well beyond what my tiny brain can handle. Will be a sad day when peps gone.

As I decompress I'm thinking about the coolness of Bernardo on his chances. Courtois was playing out of his mind and them scoring against the run of play was certainly a possibility. Bernardo cemented himself as a legend today.
