Real Madrid (H) | CL SF 2nd Leg | Post-Match Thread

Too bloody right. Seen too many "typical City" moments down the years to take anything for granted. Go back one year; two up on aggregate in the second leg, going into injury time, Madrid hadn't laid a finger on us; and we lost.

That thought was in everyone's minds at the game. The Kroos shot out of nowhere that hit the bar after total domination by us was a reminder that a game can switch in an instant.

When I was at school (long time ago) all the cocky, arrogant kids tended to support United, attracted by their success. There are exceptions of course. Always thought we were more down to earth, happy to laugh at ourselves. Continued success might change that over time which would be a shame.

When I went to school City were the better side, must have been terrible going through childhood with those vagrants boasting.
