I see someone on the Silva last game thread musing about the possibility of Madrid forfeiting the tie. There's no chance of that, surely?

Please answer these questions as I'm genuinely curious on how City should approach this game. Being a manager is definitely not easy.

what evidence are you looking at that makes you think wearing a mask is superficial protection. All the scientific evidence i have seen indicates there are signficant benefits to the population if we wear masks in enclosed public spaces

2 reasons. 1) they simply don’t know what they are doing and/or 2) we didn’t have the gear. They saw how we behaved over toilet roll so didn’t want a run on mask......

Regards the football, there is so much money in football and sport in general there will be exemptions for sports teams travelling, like there is now

That view is several weeks out of date medically. A mask protects both the wearer and anyone in their vicinity.

I live in south east asia , masks are compulsory here outdoors and the death rate and infections are tiny.

Wearing mask protects against airborn particles from travelling distances. I find it bizarre that people can't quite grasp the logic. But hey lets not turn a match thread into a debate.

I stand over what I said ,the impact of masks is negligible they do help but not to the extent you suggest a position backed up by empirical evidence which contradicts the Leverhulme Centre findings mentioned above. Anyway this is way off topic at this stage and this really should be the end of it. If I want to argue the toss on this subject I will go to a thread/forum which is dedicated to it. If somebody wishes to use bad language to dismiss my perspective then so be it it says a lot more about them than me.

Well when I hear statements like that I am glad I got out of the UK when I did, incredible that doing something so simple can save many people from death or sickness, yet people go on rants that it's against their frigining liberties, incredible Jeff.
