They should apologise for having a shit help system, shit and long phone queuing system and not having enough staff at the ticket office to deal with people in person. They should also apologise for all the other fuck ups of the last 3 weeks.Apologise for something that isn't actually their fault? Seriously? I know the ticket office don't exactly help themselves a lot of the time, but come on; be realistic.
