Real Madrid - Post Match Thread

Would be surprised if Nasri stays at City beyond this summer.

Maybe he is putting good performances in so another club buys him.

Twitter video showed Khaldoon having an intense conversation with Nasri. Probably clarifying the club's stand on the "leak."

I think for the season ahead it's vital that De Bruyne plays as the right CM while D. Silva plays as the left CM. That way De Bruyne can build on his promising link-up with Walker and Sterling, while Sané can continue his fruitful partnership with Merlin and potentially Mendy too, getting the most out of the wide players.

Why is there no headline on BBC?? When the rags win a friendly it's the main headline.

Score line nowhere to be seen on BBC. How strange.

I find the media reaction to this hilarious.

Not one to defend the BBC but from the first sports report on Five-Live Breakfast this morning its being reported as City thrash Real 4:1 whilst the rags get beat 1-0 by Barca BBC Sport app has now caught up

Very good workout.

As I said after the derby, it's only preseason, so we shouldn't get too excited, but some cracking performances this morning. KdB was excellent, as were Nico and John. Yaya just keeps going and some very encouraging displays from the youngsters.
