Strangely enough we don't seem to apply that principle to, for instance, the Russians as this same thread shows.Before anyone passes judgement on anywhere else we should look to our own shores first. If our country was the model of tolerance, polite behaviour and crime free then fair enough but it isnt. I have felt far safer walking round Dubai late at night than I have in Manchester. They have laws that I dont agree with but I am sure we have laws that they dont the point is if you are living in a country you have to abide by the law of that land.
