I put this on bacon sandwiches and stuff. Maggi seasoning. Its lovely.

brown sauce = bacon egg on toast

red sauce = fish and chips

Worcestershire sauce = cheese on toast

mayo = cheese sald barm wi' salt

Tabasco = bolognese or anythin g man cooked.

These are the basic ground rules for any foods prepared by man, anything else is sheer folly.

Red or brown as the mood takes me. I'm the same with jam or marmalade. Always tea though, never coffee.
