Sensible RAG fan.. LOVING it !!! reality is dawning on them AHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

"He will be United's undoing.

City will walk the league in the coming years and pep will bring them their first taste of european success by winning a CL. City will become the new top dogs like we once were and we will keep on struggling to get into the top 4. Literally in the space of a few years will the roles between us and them have completley changed. The new generation of young footballers and supporters will regard City as the pinnacle of english football and United will be a club of the past filled with forlorn glory and lingering to the old times stuck in mediocracy and self-delusion.

Best start preparing for it because it will be a long and painfull ride ahead of us..."

simonhchHorrible boss

Honestly, Manchester United is becoming the definition of fecking small time bullshit. Big commercial power, that's it.

It's like having huge balls and a tiny dick.

StookieNurse bell end

I guess you might be able to polish a turd after all.
Ooh they are bitter........but I love it.

This from Sad Caf sums up the deluded arrogance perfectly...

Fact is we are about to become the team with the highest revenue in the world, the team with the most fans in world, the rich history bit is just an added bonus. only a half wit could mess up this up, and if we want Pep we have every right to expect to get him....City are a hindrance to this, nothing more.

Been reading the redcafe thread for the last 15 minutes. Have to admit, there's a handful of utterly deluded numpties but most are recognising it as brilliant news for us and a disaster for them. Not as enjoyable of a read as i was hoping for. I'm off to find the rawk thread, they're generally a lot more deluded on there.

Some here from a Newcastle forum.
Its pathetic. City could still win the PL and they get rid of him. I hope Pep is an utter disaster for the club.

He hasnt proved nothing as a manager at all,he has been spoon fed.

Hes managed probably the 2 best teams in the world who dont even need managers hes going to get a shock when he goes to man city

Managing the best 2 teams in the world who dont even need a manager, your going to get a shock when he fails at city

So he wants it easy, hasnt proved nothing as a manager yet cant wait till he fails at city

From RAWK - I like the sugar daddy leaving bit, but even better is the 'questionably acquired wealth'!

The thing with City though is... as soon as the sugar daddy leaves, they probably will not sustain the challenge. Their only ticket to being a "big club" is a stupid stupid performance enhancing supplement (i.e. shitloads of questionably acquired wealth) totally hinged on one individual, who could walk at any time

This guy from RAWK sounds like he posts on here!

think this is more of a challenge than people are making out. Unlike in City and Bayern, the squad he's inheriting is really not that amazing and doesn't have that many players that suit his style.

He has Aguero (injury prone), Silva, Sterling, de Bruyne in attack that will work well for him. Navas is so average. In defence, Kompany and maybe Ottamendi and Mangala .. both have disappointed this year. Hart is a good shot stopper but he's no neuer or Valdes (when he was good). The midfield will be a big problem for him imo. Toure is not the same player he was. He was a CB under Pep when he was at Barca but that isn't gonna work in this league imo. And he's such a liability at times in midfield. Then there's Delph, Fernando and Fernandinho and I'd only rate Fernandinho out of them.

Full backs? Zabaleta is declining with injuris playing their part. Kolarov and his lack of pace menas he would struggle in Pep's side. Sagna could do well but Clichy isn't great. He'll be there for rotation no doubt.
