The problem with this Bloke is if has decided that he wants Chelsea to win the champs leagues that will happen he will book a player early just for looking at him! Worse referee we could possibly get! Let’s hope he wakes up and wants Man City to win the champs league..
 
Guardiola later insisted he had not insulted Lahoz during the half-time break, but went on to sarcastically label the Spanish official a "special guy" for his decisions against City at the Etihad Stadium.
"In the right moment we miss the right decisions," he told BT Sport.
"The referee is a special guy, he likes to be different.
"Whenever people see the things, he will decide the opposite."
