Partey had no intention of playing the ball he put his leg between Kev, who was trying to kick the ball Partey’s actions tripped him up, this was as clear a penalty as you would wish to see and Oliver gave a FK against Kev utter nonsense
Exactly, his intention may have been to shield it but like a mis-timed tackle he was a fraction late & that’s why it’s a clear & obvious penalty. The laws should be as simple as applied in the playground, common sense as his action impeded KDB striking the ball.
