I have just watched it myself and apparently like you said VAR should of used the "conclusive" image that shows the ball hitting the lower arm and not the "inconclusive" still that shows contact with the upper arm! How can 1 be conclusive but the other is inconclusive? Unsurprisingly the clown said that Keita should not have been sent off as both players were going for the ball! Nothing about the dirty git changing the angle of his "tackle" and following through into the opponents nether regions!

I think the off side decision was after the penalty shout, but at the end of the day the same people who did not read the change of the handball law last summer, are the same ones that denied City 3 penalties against liverpool for handball, and 3 penalties for handball against utd a couple of years ago.

The more they talk, the more you see just how bent they are!

Some of them will say anything to keep the money rolling in.

They've got to be in our penalty area to do that.
EDIT: I forgot it was the rags we're playing, so it could be anywhere in our half for a penalty to be given against us - the intent is the main thing.
