Ref Watch

unreal performance, apology from Webb should be on its way.

I tell you a joke, their only yellow was not even for a fault it was Partey and Grealish having bit of a scene. both got a yellow for it.

Oliver did not give them a yellow for any faults basically.

how we have dominated the shit out of this game ended up with more faults as per the stats and 3 yellows vs their one and only.

if that pen situation happens at the other box its a pen 100% of the time. remember Nketiah vs Ederson, ball wasnt even there anymore he made his pass or shot Ederson was coming out and Taylor without VAR check gave it like no nonsense pen.

same would have happened here if that is not KDB about to shoot but Saka about to shoot vs Dias...

I think a positive approach to the referee is an "art" that City could improve.
Our captain should be polite to the referee, to get him onside.
Most major referees have big egos. Don't be afraid to treat them with respect, before and during the match.
Think Dias should be our captain, as Gundo does not seem to understand the importance of communicating with the ref - he also often just doesn't get involved in taking our players away, when it "kicks off"...
What on earth are you suggesting? That the ref tried to screw us over because our attitude was wrong? That its our players fault the bent git didnt give us a nailed on penalty and reffed the whole game with only one intention in his mind?

btw did they even replay that handball in first few minues of the game?

cannot imagine our defender touching the ball with this hand, even accidentally and it is not replayed 4-5 times for commentators to start raising their voice and asking for VAR checks.

it was about 1-2 mins before the actual pen chance.

Scandalous performance by this referee who gave all to Arsenal, a penalty on De Bruyne is a fault by De Bruyne, Partey made faults during 90 minutes, gets only one yellow card and when he stops Haaland by putting his arms all around the body of Haaland, he does not get a second yellow card, how is this possible? Partey put his foot on the head of Stones (not a yellow card), White puts his foot on Dias (not a yellow card), Dias gets a yellow card for reacting.
Partey made a double stamp on Stones, the first one was high upon his shoulder and then continued onto his head. As for Ben White, I would take the fuse out of his sunbed, teach him a lesson.

We all know what partey is,a horrible disgusting piece of shit as for white he’s basically just a ponce ..

Tonights referee who supports Newcastle United was paid £3k to referee a game plus expenses in Saudi Arabia during a Premier League season, obviously likes a few quid, just saying. After his performance in the Carabao cup against Liverpool, never trust the ****, even though our record with him in charge is pretty good, tonight’s performance was abysmal definitely had to beat 12 men tonight

Echo what everyone else is saying If that wasnt a pen I don’t know what is and to give a FK against the KDB is utter ridiculous So, benefit of doubt to Oliver how did VAR determine it wasn’t a clear and obvious error?

Just watched the highlights of dippers at West Ham, how the fuck West Ham didn’t get a pen for handball would be unbelievable if it wasn’t so fucking expected. Football is bent

just seen another 100% penalty in the liverpool west ham game not given. it is amazing with the level of preference given to teams in red that we win anything. Oliver was a disgrace tonight the foul called on bernado that pep went ballistic to the handball given against rodri for a dangerous free kick the supposed head injury that he stopped play for plus all the incidents mentioned before in this thread. he tried his best for them tonight we all see it but we were majestic.
