The ref was pretty good today for a change. Silva who i love and Pep were a bit cringe tbh.

But he had his moment to let the decision stand and bottled it.I agree with Bernardo completely.
I thought Taylor had a very good game, and he created a very good game of football by the way he reffed it, but VAR has to interfere, and the whole point of football, goals, is spoiled by it.

It’s City mate,so we have our goals scrutinised more than any other team looking for any reason possible to disallow them,as soon as we scored the wife and 2 sons were celebrating,I knew just knew it,they would review it and disallow it ..Needless to say, it was a joke that our goal got ruled out. Worse challenges were let go all game.
4 players touched the ball after the 'foul', how far can you go back to rule a goal out, just a joke.

Cause he knew what he was doing brilliant game management from the ref ..And why was the game pulled back to send Klopp off when we were on the attack.. let the play conclude then go back and send Bingo off. Really pissed me that did

It’s a shame because the way he refereed that today was brilliant at time. Letting it go, it made for a really entertaining watch.
The thing that gets me is VAR. It ruins football. Football isn’t supposed to be perfect so why bring something in to do that? It’s a tackle Taylor let go the full 90 but because VAR looked at it, it’s one that’s scrutinised.
Was it clear and obvious? Was it fuck.
VAR is clearly and obviously killing the beautiful game. IMO.
