ITK Refree on PGMOL being secretive and unaccountable -
Not sure how it can be said to be secretive or unaccountable. It certainly was under Riley's charge, but we now have decisions explained with the actual audio, and if they get it wrong they say as much. If they were allowed to they would broadcast the audio live, but IFAB won't let them.
