There will be some who will come on and dismiss his findings as irrational and that he has a tin-foil hat whilst ignoring the huge sums of money he makes from exposing corruption. In fact our own club have employed his services in the past.

And it is not just Arsenal that suffer the Wrath of Riley's Referees.
If we look at the bias chart for all teams that have competed in both of the last two seasons since the arrival of Pep Guardiola at Manchester City up to (but not including) the weekend of April 21st/22nd 2018, this is what we see:

1. Tottenham Hotspur +21.5
2. Crystal Palace +12.5
3. Leicester City and Everton +12.0
5. Bournemouth +8.5
6. Manchester United +4.5
7. Southampton +1.5
8. Swansea City +1.0
9. Chelsea 0.0
10. West Bromwich Albion -1.0
11. Stoke City -1.5
12. Liverpool -5.0
13. Arsenal and Watford -6.0
15. Burnley -8.5
16. Manchester City -14.0
17. West Ham United -26.0

This bit was also interesting:

Dec 31st 2017 - Crystal Palace 0 Manchester City 0 (Jonathan Moss gives Palace a fallacious penalty and then fails to send off Palace player Puncheon for an assault on de Bruyne. SE Asian bookmakers were aware of this outcome pre-game as were numerous members of the BT Sport crew despite the fact that Manchester City had just won 19 consecutive league games)

Additionally, since the beginning of season 2013/14, all match officials have been miked up to a secretive network which we will term the EPL Match Centre. All kick offs are coincident and referees are aided (or abetted) by other officials with access to tv replays.

Bent yet again with the Sterling call and as for the rest, just fucking incompetent.
 
Well offside for their goal and as for the penalty on sterling, words fail me

We're talking about the ref being incompetent or not. The linesman is a different matter (he was definitely incompetent,).

From about minute 40 of the game he gave them a free kick almost every time we tackled whilst ignoring virtually every tackle on us.

Its subtle buts its how refs influence games or try too anyway.

The other one is how they get in our players way, or in the way of a decent pass, we finally knocked one over today, its a wonder that wasn't a booking.
