Referees/Officials

I would just unveil a huge banner all the way from 1st tier to 3rd saying HEY FA, ALL WE WANT IS FAIR REFEREEING

And Unveil it before every game before we see improvement

FA fine for not controlling yer fans. Some teams can chase the ref round the pitch with impunity, whilst we question a ref when the umpteenth stonewall pen is denied and the club gets fined for not controlling its players. The FA, same as Uefa and FICKFUFA, will not give a tuppeny shit, witness the moronic exchanges that are sent out when you email the shysters about certain situations. The RagDipperArseHaringeyMeedya will be laughing all the way to the printing presses.

Use the torch on your phone at a set time on Thursday night. What number in mins could be identified with cheating? The number of the Fa assisted Rag titles would be a good one.
Where is the torch? Can't find it on my phone.

How would the media know what was for and would they say even if they knew?

The derby is the perfect platform to do something, all be it a little short notice.

What about throwing bog rolls on the pitch in there hundreds?
Meassage: FA clean up your act.
Rags: well they are piles of shite!

Does anybody have an accurate count of decisions that have gone against us this season that have changed the course of a game?

I wouldn't be surprised in the least if it was upwards of 10 points against us.
Three come to mind Milner foul on sterling pen not given, monreal handball last min not given, walker push on sterling not given,I would say there's at least another half dozen ..

My feeling is that our club owners have made it clear that they will do it their way and not the FA way, hence the skew decisions a lot of the time. Cant help feeling the FA is run like an old boys club like the masons.... you put then you receive, scratch backs and all that. The whole system is set up around money gain right to the core. I suspect thats why the FA has never been re-structured around ex-players and the like. Too many decisions are too blatant at times, and i dont hink it just our club that suffers from it. Its like an old boat that gently drifts down stream, given a gentle nudge every now and then to keep it on coarse. Id love to see some of them refs phones being tapped.

Twatter linked protest, ask ya mam about the torch x looks good at a concert and as soon as someone asks what its about, if they didn't know already twatter does the rest and photos of the spectacle will carry the message forwards.

It would be a start if 20,000, instead of a thousand or two at the minute, chanted something about the referees or cheating etc. Wouldn't be ignored as it would be there for all to hear.

Makes me laugh when people boo when the champions league song is on and then not open their mouths for the whole game!

I agree that a boycott is probably not the way to go, in the main because thousands simply would refuse to take part.

There does however seem to be a little too much worrying about what the rags will say or how the media may portray and twist any protest into something else.....I dont get why any blue gives a single fuck about that.

A visible protest will be quite clear to all those who see or hear about it exactly what the message is and why its being sent to anyone with half a brain cell regardless as to how the rags/press/sky/talkshite try to say otherwise. I still say near 50k red cards being held aloft 5 minutes before kick off on Thursday would be good. Would also put the pressure right on the officials.

We want the media on side. Thats all i'm saying. We do have to worry about them and how they portray it. Agree less so about the rags I suppose.

Definatley a visible protest. Tennis balls is a good one if orchestrated properly but we need to ensure people know what it is all about.

Torches on phones is more about remembrance than protest.

What about whistles?

Instead of showing live action, the big screens in the ground should show a continuous loop of the latest bout of crap referring & bad tackles, zooming in on points of contact & slow motion.

If anything, it'll get the crowd fired up and maybe resonate with the refs.

I thought, wrongly, that all these accusations of kiddy fiddling would have shaken the board up but as usual nothing.
