Referees' Performances | 2025/26

You have to seriously question if the officials are not under orders. Every single week, different officials but same baffling decisions against us. So many bad tackles without a nailed on card. Even when we win we moan about the 2rulebook in the same game officiating.
Something is clearly going on with PL/PGMOL and us. Perhaps related to 115

Disgrace, Fernandez shouldnt have been on pitch to equalise. How did Palmer not get booked? How many mins did keeper waste? Ot fit to ref &never has been

Was Bernardo lucky not to get two yellows in a minute?

One for shirt pulling (definite booking) and a second for kicking the ball away (another definite booking)? I'm not sure what the actual yellow was for though I'd strongly suspect the shirt pulling.
I think it was for the shirt pull. However, he kicked the ball away before the whistle went so he's lucky there.

The club deserves all this bent officiating every week as it’s happy to let it continue and not call it out. We have more than enough evidence to question PGMOL and seek answers.
This season it’s worse than ever and every single game the ref has 2 rule books, 1 for us and 1 for the opposition. It’s laughable we got more cards than them today.
There is no way we can win the PL when u see Arsenal somehow not have 2 nailed on reds v Villa, score a goal from a dive for the free kick yesterday then u see us, opposition allowed to foul at will, cards kept in the refs pocket, then happily books us for less.
Totally agree.

The club need to grow a pair and at least start calling it out….that way it increases the optics on how City are reffed….and it’s harder for refs to get away with the current level of cheating.

Whether offside or not. A pivotal goal in the title race and no mention on comms of VAR checking for a tight offside. No replay shown. No freeze frame as the ball was played. Nothing.
It was mentioned on the OS comms that it was being 'checked'.

In my opinion it was simply the PiGMOL staking a claim that 'everything is above board' after their obvious cheating in the Dipper's game.

They took a good 45 seconds, and then gave it, but we never saw a graphic, so they obviously had to dig out the right frame.

We must be able to piece together a video of tackles against us that have not been given or fouls against us that have been given the other way. Somebody on here must have the wherewithal to put it together to present to the club, we need to start a petition from the fans demanding answers.
It’s gone way past a joke now, we had a family over for lunch today and the guy was a Utd fan and he was astounded with the lack of yellow cards for Chelsea and free kicks that didn’t go City’s way. Apologies for having a rag in the house but something is obviously going on with these refs & PL, we can’t believe they haven’t got a plan B with the 115 bullshit.
I’m sick of seeing this shit and them taking the piss out of our club.

First half alone there were late challenges on Rodri, Nico, Gvardiol and I think Haaland all went unpunished. If you are going to let those sort of challenges go then it has to be for both teams and for the whole game. Four players lost to injury in the last two games, how many more need to be injured before we hear a peep out of the club.

As for the Delap challenge nobody can tell me it wasn’t a straight red yet Oliver and presumably VAR decided it was only worthy of a yellow.

I also understand that Cole Palmer is allowed to stand as close to free kicks as he wants
whilst moaning to the ref about us not taking it quickly enough.

He played like he was having a Christmas kick about with a load of old mates, leaving his foot in and generally arsing about like there aren't any rules, and the ref obliged.
