Referees' Performances | 2025/26

Jesus Christ that is dodgy. That isn't a mistake.

Add the pen to that as well.
What pen - it was NEVER mentioned by Sky at HT so assumed I dreamt it????
I'm not sure I can continue watching a sport where the 'officiating", and "punditry" are SO clearly designed to elicit one result.
We were dreadful this evening - we still shouldn't be cheated the way we were

Brought in to give the powers that be more control over results. Nothing will ever convince me otherwise.
The bloke who used to do the football is fixed blogs has been of this opinion, and has printed evidence to back it up. So much fixing, it's to do with se Asian betting markets and certain red shirt cartel clubs....

Foden gets taken out after making a pass in the centre circle and the ref will bring it back for a foul and a yellow. But do it in the area after shooting at that’s ok! Bobb taps Tonali’s ankles and is booked whereas Tonality fouled Doku at least three times in the first half alone and while none were a yellow card in isolation, if Bobb gets yellow everyone of Tonsli’s is a yellow. Penalty for handball not given, hand in unnatural position despite it being close to the body. Every corner they were holding, nothing given and don’t get me started on the offside. If we have semi automated offside why did it take so long to reach a decision? Whilst we weren’t at our best we were definitely shafted today.

I’m not for conspiracies and corruption calls I don’t want to sound as bitter as the red scousers but I do believe the standard of reffing across the board Is utter shite! It’s not corrupt it’s not them against us it’s just shite! You can add bias in there but I think that’s not pre determined that’s just purely bottling it in a tough atmosphere and being scared! It’s weak officiating full stop

PGMOL had to level the playing field in the media narrative by whatever means necessary by bowing down to the Liverpool mafia.

Forest even got a perfectly good goal disallowed for them today to add to the "equalling" out.

I don’t think we were dreadful, but we did miss opportunities that we’d usually take.

You’ve got to watch it to see how we overcome these obvious obstacles that the PL put in our way to enhance the red top love-in.

As Pep says, we have to be ‘incredible’ just to be challenging.

Bent as a nine bob note. In the first image the ball is leaving the big fellas head and Diaz foot is not in the air. In the second image he seems to be jumping and the big fella and ball are missing. Pure manipulation of the images and different phases of the move to get the outcome. So players can score with their elbow now. I know we didn't play well but for a decision like that from var screams, CORRUPTION

Doesn't surprise me in the slightest. People laugh when I mention it but I'm convinced there's some kind of corruption.

Think it was the premier league chief exec who talked publicly in 2019 (I think) about wanting a more competitive league and a wider variety of teams to be able to win it... VAR was introduced the season after.

Fortunately, our level was so good that the odd decision here and there didn't really affect us over the course of a season. Now our level has dropped, it'll cost us a lot more.

How can they explain how decisions have become WORSE since the introduction of VAR?
