Farage is a huge supporter of the orange fascist criminal in the US. He’s been endorsed by a senior spokesman in Putin’s fascist regime. He’s made numerous comments where he’s denigrated and dehumanised foreigners. There are dozens of election candidates standing for the party he’s leading with known links to racist groups like BNP, NF and EDL. Not sure what other levels I need to think of when making a judgment of the frog faced fascist.

All of this is true, but he has and is finding a way of tapping into the populist vote and ordinary people's concerns. He may very well be a fascist in sheeps clothing, but I think we learned from the referendum that just pouring scorn/ridicule/abuse on this doesn't work. This is perhaps why Starmer and sunak remain fairly mute on the subject, but also I suspect our two main party's are out of ideas.

I thinking you’re missing the point of my posts. I can’t speak for everyone but I’m not the slightest bit interested in whether I entrench a racist’s views or make him think that perhaps he’s going down the wrong track with his views. I’m just expressing a personal opinion on a relatively small forum to a few dozen people who chat shit to each other. It’s not going to change the world for better or worse, and if people whose views I have no respect for see their arses then so be it.

I just want rid of Labour and I also don't want the Tories but I would vote for them if I thought they stood a cat in hells chance (but remember this is Wales... ) not only that I am not voting for Farage. Griffiths, I think is my local candidate. It is a tactical vote .

You're indirectly voting for Farage. Just as I'll be indirectly voting for Starmer. Let's not pretend political parties aren't just fronts for the people who lead them.

I don't live in Southend so Farage isn't on my ballot paper.

If we ignore the fact that Farage isn’t standing in Southend, how sure are you that your candidate doesn’t endorse his party leader’s views? And if he doesn’t, why is he standing for Reform.
