Reform 2025 Limited new name same business

Its rumoured that Lord David Frost (he of the botched Brexit negotiations ) is considering standing for Reform Ltd - such is his loyalty to the Tories - thing is as a life peer he cannot stand as an MP as a life peer cannot renounce their peerage. The only way it could happen for him is if it was forcibly removed for some sort of disgraceful act that even the Lords can't stomach you. Not going to be a good look on an election leaflet is it? "Vote for me to be your MP - I am the one who was kicked out of the Lords in disgrace"

"It can't get any worse" was a strong soundbite during brexit, and by fuck can it get worse, especially giving power to the party who are continuously making things worse and following an ideology that constantly makes things worse.

Here's a thought. Maybe Britain has intractable problems that no party can solve in a short time. Maybe as a nation, we're in a spiral of decline that's almost impossible to halt. (Think Austrian Hungary, pre WW1, for a working example.)

Or to put it another way, if a qualified plumber is struggling to sort out my plumbing, is it sensible to replace him with a vacuum cleaner salesman out of frustration?

Best to rely on the politicians responsible for HS2 and other quickly built within cost enterprises. All this yeah but your lot will be really really really shit rather than just really shit like the last lot is a tad depressing.
Anyhow this is the democratic process so maybe the other parties could try and be more electable and then we wouldn't have to worry about Reform.

I'm also hoping those having a pop at young adults aren't the same as those who forever champion reducing the voting age for more Labour remain bias.
