Not exactly is it though? Spreading fear and division and then claiming to be the only party capable of sorting it. Paraded and platformed by a sycophantic MSM in ghoulish fashion -we seem hell bent on having a far right government-people should be appalled at the prospect.

I never said all the idiots were the same or fell for the sane shit, just makes me laugh when people call out politicians or their supporters, has the state of our politics passed people by.
 
Apparently one of his brilliant ideas is to deport Afghans back to Afghanistan and pay the Taliban a bounty for each one they take. He's no idea how it will work but it makes a good headline for some
 
Pretty sure one of the main reasons we're unable to 'send them back' is partly due to Brexit and loss of EU agreements and being in the EU legal system, which the grifter was front and centre of.

But still, the core of his support will see him as having some kind of answer to things he's been stoking the fire about.

Apathy has crept into UK politics, and the electorate in general. Where once we had strident support for Labour and Tory, and core bases for each, we're now left with husks. Social media has played it's part, there's now an excess of platitudes and obfuscations which just drains people. That's opened space for the far-right, and their core base is the only one that is currently strident. And because of social media, it's now easier for racist conmen like Nigel Farage to blame the "everyman's" woes on brown people and not the political elite who have been shafting them, in plain sight, for generations; this is turn whips the pitifully uneducated into a frenzy.

So, to answer your question, are we stupid enough as a nation, stupid being a blanket term, to vote a racist conman into No.10? No. Are there enough stupid people in this country to vote a racist conman into No.10? Yes. But that apathy needs to be beaten.

Fortunately, four years is a long time. It's a fucking aeon in politics.

Reform are favourites to win the most seats (although I doubt they will) but Next PM is always slightly odd polling, because there are so many variables. It has to build in the fact that Starmer might step down before the election, as well as adding in the possibility he wins the next election, and then steps down during that Parliament, so the next three most likely in the betting are all Labour politicians.

Until you get close to an election, and know who's going to be leading the parties, clear favourite fortunately means very little.
 
Makes you wish for tony blair or Prince phillip, farage would have been found in a field or wrapped around a lamp post by now ;-)
