Why do "members" have to pay £50 a day to attend their conference?

Other party conferences you are nominated by your local branches to represent them with your expenses covered. You get to debate and form their parties policies.

Looks like the reform conference is a comic con convention for gammons who wants to cosplay as crusaders and pay another few hundred quid for a picture with Nigel or a fiver for one with 30p Lee.
