I see that all home games are going on sale on Thursday to Cityzens. My sister is keen to buy as many tickets as possible after losing out in the season ticket race. But she lives an hour north of Glasgow. I know she can’t use ticket exchange, but can she get a refund if a game is moved? She can’t get here mid week.

She won’t get a refund if games are moved. Shouldn’t be moved from weekend to midweek until later in the season, when there are possible clashes with cup games.

I thought you could get a refund for any game as long as it's more than a week on advance of the game?

I haven't returned a ticket for about 18 years but I'm sure that's the situation still.

So, if you buy an individual match ticket you can get a refund, provided you cancel ticket/apply for refund, at least 7 days in advance. However, if you purchase a ticket as ‘part of a bundle‘ you cannot get any refund.

Travel is going to be a nightmare from Scotland this season. Transpennine are hopeless at the moment and hotel prices are through the roof as well.

She’ll drive down and stays with me. She tried for a season ticket, which I think would have been a mistake. But now all the tickets are on sale for the whole season, she feels she needs to buy them all!! She was a season ticket holder for 20 years, then married a Scot. But like some addiction, she can’t give it up!!

We sometimes drive to Preston saves an hour extra in the car and plenty trains from Preston to Piccadilly, you can park the car at Preston for £6 for 24 hours too!
