Regarding allocation at Blackburn away

My mate is a Rovers fan and he said we will only be allocated 3000 tickets this year now because they have season ticket holders in the bottom tier of the darwin end now.

Although when i went onto the rovers website it states darwen end season tickets -15 games, so it may well be that we have the whole allocation?
