JOTL is correct, much of his humour stems from pointing out that he is black and others aren't.

Most black comedians do though (even though like I said I've never noticed it with RDH) look at, Richard Pryor, Chris Rock, Eddie Murphy, Gina Yashere, Lenny Henry, Dave Chappelle...

Shame on you for putting Lenny Henry in with that company! Henry has to be the unfunniest 'comedian' I've ever seen.

Chris Rock does go on about being black, but to be fair America still has a lot of race issues - I think he raises some very good stuff in his stand up. I also like Gina Yashere, very funny woman.

i think gina yashere is fucking terrible, obviously everyone has an opinion so that's mine.

not seen much of RDH but what i have he always has me chuckling, he seems like a guy i could be friends with.

In a room full of gays I'd do the whole 'hey, I'm straight, I don't dress well' card.

Most comedian's work is based on what they're like. Peter Kay/Lee Mack 'Northern', David Mitchell 'posh middle class', Frankie Boyle 'Glaswegian'.

It's only natural for stand-ups to talk about what they know and where they are from.

Agree about Chris Rock though, once played a Chris Rock drinking game with my mate. Every time he said 'black' I had to drink and every time he said '******' he had to drink. We got slaughtered. Just didn't find him funny at all. Couldn't empathise with anything he was talking about.

Watched Sarah Millicans chatterbox standup last night. Very good made me chuckle. Mainly about cocks and cakes, seemingly her 2 favourite things.
A relaxed delivery style that didnt make the humour seem forced. Better than most on the circuit at the moment.
