Relegation Fight - 2021/22 | Norwich, Watford & Burnley relegated

There's not much between any of them at the bottom really. I would say Norwich are gone - and have been 'gone' for a while if truth be told. I hope Burnley go down because I cannot stomach Dyche or his pub-football. The same goes for that arrogant, senile old bastard Hodgson and his particularly offensive brand of hoofball.

Games in hand are okay if your improving and gives you a chance to get points on the board. But we are not improving at all - 15 defeats and 2 draws in 19 games is relegation material. The players don't seem arsed by it and there is no leader amongst them. Defeat to Newcastle in the next game and can see that being the final straw.

8 points in 19 games is a disaster I never realised it was that bad. 16 points for a whole season with that form, ouch.

Yhp, Everton picked up 14 of their 22 points in the first 7 games of the season. Since their draw at the Rags on 2 October, they've won 2 games, Arsenal at home 2-1 on 6 Dec and 3-0 at home to Leeds on 12 Feb. They've picked up 8 points from 4 games out of a total of 19 games. They've scored 15 goals in those 19 games and conceded 39. Lost 8 of their last 9, 12 of their last 15 and 15 pf their last 9.

And they're still not in the bottom 3.

Someone said whoever finishes 16th and 17th this year will be the 2 shittest teams to ever do so.

I think 34-37 points will possibly be enough to survive this season
So possibly need to win 5 more games which is about every other game. People slagged off Benitez and I was one of them but in hindsight without the few games he won we would be rock bottom and already down

true, but if Frank had had the summer instead I think you'd have a better team and more points at this stage, so the mistake was hiring Rafa in the first place. Ludicrous appointment.

The bottom 3 at present will be the ones for the drop.
Everton will be fine
Burnley and Watford still have a lot if fight in them. Us and Everton should still be worried.

I still despair at the Rafa appointment, baffling to say the least. I think lampard could be a good manager for us but I think he knows the job he faces currently is momentous.

Bloody hell I've just seen a clip of Peter Reid at Goodison he looks a right luvvie, wearing a big hat like the one below. I wouldn't tell her m that though lol.
