Are people implying he landed on this Moons surface in 2008 just to set up an elaborate sting ten years later. No Cellarites of course not so maybe we should just accept this lad for what he is and for his wise messages of life and hope that are an absolute breath of fresh air blowing through our conditioning ducts. Many scoff but the few and articulate among us will fully appreciate his calming demeanor balance and exquisite intricacies laid to foot for kind perusal.I have cut and pasted his reply to our moderator Damocles and to get straight to that literary point is a fine work of art and penmanship oozing and dripping of quality.
"Good stuff. When I speak of mystery then perhaps the greatest mystery is often that which is denied within - both 'dark' and 'light' aspects. Now, writing about this on here might not win popularity contests. Makes sense. If what is written touches on stuff that people choose to ignore/try to shut down/secretly dislike inside, then chances are it will be similarly unwelcomed outside. But this thread is about religion and so there can be a question 'what is holy?' For me it is not so much about going to church and listening to someone else's interpretation of a book. It is more about going through a process of opening to to and moving through what has been denied within - coming to feel a greater sense of ''wholeness.' I might call this a different kind of maturation process that can come to be known through many different ways - the idea that the church/organised religion somehow has a monopoly on this is, well, not for me"
And not for me neither Arfur because we don't need a deity to tell us what is right or wrong or good and bad.In the wise words of Hitchen's we don't require divine permision to know right from wrong. We don't need tablets administered to us ten at a time in tablet form on pain of death to be able to have a moral argument. No because we have the reasoning and the moral suasion of Socrates and of our own abilities. We don't need dictatorship to give us right from wrong. So crack on Arfur and achieve your well deserved Nirvana. Not many mortals can take threads past the Centurion mark..People through self perception think god can be achieved only through Jesus or Mohamed or Krishna but as Arfur mentioned the truth is god can be achieved in a million different ways. Before speaking about achieving one only has to understand what is god.God is whom you want him to be and right now this hallowed evening the ambient light is saying to me Hare Krishna becaujse spirituality is always from within:
