Religion

and i asked you if pain and suffering to your loved ones is ok because your god allows it
and i also do not have an answer

I answered this already that Existence with evil is better than non-existence. You rephrased your question and made it personal. As for the loved ones, God loves them more than I do, and have more rights over them than I have. There is always a greater good for any calamity that befalls upon anyone.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “Nothing befalls a believer, a (prick of a) thorn or more than that, but Allah will raise him one degree in status thereby, or erase a bad deed.” (Sahih Bukhari, 5641)

You've just described a tyrant.

You don't 'love' God at all, you fear Him.

A tyrant doesn't say "O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of God. Indeed, God forgives all sins." Qur'an 39:53

Fear of God is recommended in our scripture along with love, awe, trust etc.

Who but an absolute nutcase longs for eternity? What you did there was quote words a man thought and wrote. Thats it. A man. Who had no more access to god than you and I.

You must be a special case then. I guess you were happy when you got your first grey hair, wrinkle, loss of perfect vision or anything associated with aging.

If it's one man's thoughts from 6th century, then I agree. But, Islam traces its origins all the way back to a series of prophets including Moses(as), Abraham(as), Noah(as) etc.

yes i did drill down to it being sort of personal because it gets to understand who you are and where you are at
i really hope your loved ones do not suffer any pain or misfortune because you are quite happy for them to do so
because of the beliefs you hold.
quite shameful really mate

I never said I'd be happy. I just mentioned the perspective that religion provides. Even the most beloved of God, the prophets had struggles. Perhaps you are aware of the story of prophet Joseph(as). It is mentioned as the "best of stories" in the Qur'an. Joseph(as) is separated from his beloved father in his childhood, sold into slavery in a far-off land, have to ward off sexual advances from his mistress and ends up imprisoned despite being innocent. His father Jacob(as) is described as having his eyes turned white with grief. Yet, circumstances turn to such an extent that he re-unites with his brothers and parents and becomes the saviour of all of Egypt. All of those struggles for a much greater good.

Trials will be a part of everyone's life. The angels greet the righteous in heaven by the following words -
'Peace be with you, that you persevered in patience. Now how excellent is the final abode !" (Qur'an 13:24).

In some ways mate, you're wasting your time. How many non Muslims even acknowledge Islam as having anything to do with their Judeo-Christian faith?

Abraham, Moses, Joseph and Jesus are regarded as prophets along with Muhammad. Yet the ultraconservative even deny the veracity of Ismail. Small wonder why Muslims are hated and feared, when it's based on so much ignorance.

Notice you're based in India mate. Good for you to celebrate your faith in an increasingly intolerant country.

until such time you can convince people that a higher being exists then yeah you will be wasting your time
just quoting parts of the quran or the bible as if it were true aint going to cut it

Moses never existed. Noah never existed. You actually believe a dude lived 900 years? Eternity doesn't exist either. Our universe will, like everything else, end. Long before that our sun will do what every other one has, die. You are entitled to believe any old shit you want though. You're in good company. People are scared of death and religion they think gives them a get out death card. It doesnt. But good luck going through life believing unbelievable crap. Like the moon was split in two? Spoiler, it never was. We know that now, but, i bet you still believe it because your book says so. The world wasn't created in 6 days. Adam and Eve never existed. I could go on all day but you will never accept it. Conversely, if you showed me proof of god i would say, fair enough, still wouldn't worship him or her or whatever it is. The god in all the Abraham books is an absolute psycho. Why worship something like that? But, as I said, crack on.

So, in your view, what is the point of life?
