I've been on hold for 30 minutes now. At least this music is better than hearing Hugh ferris' voice

Its doing my fucking head in. Been on hold for50 minutes, and I'm not even relocating MY ticket,

That's what it was like for me, rung dead on 9am. Piano music (old sky music) for over 50 minutes.
Now got through to the city music, commentary of past games and it keeps saying my estimated waiting time. Its gone from saying 45 minutes, to 30 minutes now.

Keep letting off a sigh of relief because i think im getting through....
and then..... the next verse of the same piano music starts..
Been on for an hour now, starting to get annoyed...
