He’s not mentioned anything about him not being from Manchester, neither is Joe Hart who is being suggested to replace him, he’s from Shrewsbury.

Richards is out here in the media making jokes about being a club ambassador and his being an Arsenal fan, that’s why people don’t like him and I think that is totally fair.

He’s also blatantly completely bitter about his failure to live up to his potential and his City career not panning out with his own expectations.

I also think he’s not particularly knowledgeable about the current state of the club.

Nobody is asking for him to be partisan, he’s just shit at his job, as an ambassador.
