Replacing Micah with glen johnson as right back

wouldnt sell micah, dunne wont be there forever, and micah with nedum with time could be as formidable as any back 2.
and why get johnson when we have zab, who i rate higher than johnson anyway?

I'd take Glen Johnson, I doubt whether Micahs ego could cope with the competition though.

Johnson is a target for Liverpool. Benitez hasn't much to spend and I believe a right back is high on his list of priorties.
I'd have him in a flash but if we were in for him he may prefer Liverpool as he'd probably be a guaranteed starter. He may want to join "the project" though :-) The world cup is around the corner remember so he needs regular playtime.
Keeping him, Zab and Richards happy next season could prove difficult unless we are fighting on numerous fronts ( cups, 4th place, europe etc )
IMO Micah's just had a blip this season and will return to his best sooner rather than later, although he needs to get out of the gym, take his head out of the clouds, and get his feet back on the ground.

Seem to remember Johnson being a very hot prospect at West Ham
and Chelsea snapping him up where he struggled.mourinho prefering ferrerra or geremi.
when he did get games he got lots of abuse for mistakes he made and was shipped out to Portsmouth.
Now he's realising his full potential and good for him.
I just wonder how we'll feel if we do let Micah go and he to
realises his true potential for some other club.
He's only a young lad. I'd take Johnson but def keep hold of Micah.

They're both kick and run merchants I don't want either of them, I would prefer the German full back Phillip Lahm, much better. He can play both left and right and can defend better than the other two and he gets forward just as well, probably better as he knows when to get forward instead of just legging it up the pitch and getting caught out as Micah does a lot.

Micah is too limited, too small a skill-set. I want to see wingbacks or something approaching that at City. Johnson is a step in the right direction. My problem with Micah is he is just not wingback material, but I think I'm in a minority in wanting to see wingbacks at City.

Johnson was absolutely awful at Chelsea. He's come out of it though. Micah will do the same and is definitely the better defensive talent. It would be crazy to get rid of him.

Johnson's good going forward but a shit defender. Preferably we need a good defender who's shit going forward.
