how is it that a guy sat in his front room 3,000 miles away from Padraig Harrington can ring up the golf association and report that his ball moved as he went to place it on the putting green, and subsequently got him disqualified from the tournament......and yet 40 cameras and 20,000 spectators looking at the fat scouse twat Rooney, cant find conclusive evidence.

I don't think the 3,000 mile distance matters when you are watching on TV. The TV gives the illusion that you are very close to the action even when you are far away in reality. Also, the 20,000 eye witnesses are unlikely to be consulted unfortunately.
