The restrictions are not imposed by any football related body, so no point complaining about it not being fair. It is welcome there is movement on letting crowds back and City may still get some fans backs in a month depending on the data.

When we come out of Tier 3, other areas will be going into it. Better to have no supporters until we have all been vaccinated.
