Simple. Loyalty points. I’ve got 19k and not missed a single home game in 27 years. I used to do all sways but chose family over that. No beef whatsoever with those con more points who’ve continued to do home and away. But we’ve a so called rep who said we shouldn’t have rewarded loyalty. It is however totally irrelevant. I entered the ballot as was my right like every City fan who was a season card or cityzen holder. I didn't set the criteria and i didn't draw the ballot, I was however lucky enough to get a ticket.
I didn't get an email to myself either.44 years as a legacy fan and season ticket holder and apparently I’m not even worth an email. Good to know where I stand and how valued I am by the club.

People are behaving like spoiled kids. I've been to loads of interviews where I've had no feedback and they've maybe interviewed 5 or 6 people only. Or have applied for jobs that maybe 200 others applied for and had no feedback.
I think it's piss poor when you've been for an interview but I'm not going to get worked up about not getting feedback from an application. I just accept it and get on with life. We're talking about maybe 50-60k here so I understand why the club can't contact all those who haven't been successful.
And i've not had an email, so I'm neither getting a ticket nor on the reserve list. So all those who accused me and City Matters of looking after ourselves had it wrong. Had it been done on points then probably the majority of us with seasoncards would have got tickets. As it turns out, it seems only one has. So if we fiddled it to suit ourselves, we did a piss poor job.

Understand the sentiment but that was 23 years ago. You could say the same for those that attended in 2006-07.Personally I think the hardcore 28,000 who stuck with us in the old third division either as season ticket holders or regular goers should be top of any queue, but even given some would have died off there still wouldn't have been enough tickets to go around.

Clearly City Matters is fecking useless when it comes to fan representation so all of you should resign and to make a statement.

I think you are wasting your time.The two are incomparable PB. We are customers to the club not applicants for a job and as such should be treated as such.
Are you telling me a global footballing powerhouse cannot send an email or text about an unsuccessful ticket ballot application? They can send 50, 60,000 emails and texts when they have special offers on in the club store.
It’s basic customer service.
