I can do my job more productively indoors, but i am being forced to return to London (3+ hour commute) 5 days a week.

I am wondering what the reaction will be if i simply go in 2-3 days. i guess in a short time i will get a warning. I just don't understand why they can't be more flexible.

We had email end of last week. As expected office based staff option to work from home for the foreseeable future. If need to can go into office 1 or 2 days a week
