Nowt against him. But it kinda makes me chuckle the way he is hero worshipped as some kind of model pro. And used as some sort of barometer that the current players should aspire to when he used to turn up to training pissed more often than he did sober.

In the early years yes, but he then grew up and matured, sorted himself out and went on to become our Player Of The Year four years running and club captain who was with us for 9 years. I didn't realise none of that counted and we were only choosing to remember his first two years at the club.

Given where we were at the time and how he performed week in week out for us, quite agree with you Mr Partridge.

He was here.

He was there.

He was every fucking where.

Neither did I.

Great player for us. You don't win the fans player of the year 4 years in a row for nothing.
Unfortunately he was another one who was treated disgracefully by the club when he left.
I will always have 100% for Richard Dunne. A genuine City legend.

Did some cockney named Mark give you this info?

Dunne gave his all for the Club but there were just too many own goals and red cards. He was frustrating in that respect despite some fine defensive displays.

That's your opinion and you're entitled to it, of course.
It wouldn't be a popularly held opinion, though.
