richards and dunne, onouha and dunne

neddy by a country mile, imo richards has been an absolute disgrace this season, quick to blame everyone else but himself.
neddy just gets better , yeah he'll have faults but he does what he his supposed to do ...defend and again imo he does it well

The european game when he was having a go at Vinnie and barged into him springs to mind, hat was fucking ridiculous

Micah needs to go back to basics and remember that he's there to play football and not look cool or act hard. He'll get through this though, still only very young and I'm sure he'll come good

For me, defenders are only as good as the players around them. Ned, in the past, has probably been exposed by Hart's inexperience (dont get me wrong, quality keeper, but probably not a great talker) and Dunne's massive dip in form. Dunne, for me, now looks in good shape, Bridge (generally) is a very good defender, Zab is playing out of his skin and Given has great experience and controls the guys in front of him quite well (look at the goals against since he signed). Consequently Ned is now demonstrating how good he actually is. I think (blue tinted spectacles aside) he should now be considered for England, given the alternatives (for the record, i dont care whether he plays for England at all).

you rite mate, hopefully he will see sense and knucle down and learn, coppelo didnt have him in the squad for long did he. dont like slagging any city player off but he's pissed me off this season which is annoying cos the lad really has potential but he needs to get the glamour out of his head and settle down and work

Agree 100%. Have to remember that Ned is a couple of years older than Micah. Give it time and Micah will be just as vaubale as Ned has been recently, which is an exciting thought. Every other club in the league is jealous that we've got these two.

Forward with Ned.

Micah can't even play RB after mithering to play there either but I agree he just needs time.

The main reason for Dunnes improvement is because he's much more comfortable playing the right sided centre back. Onouha is an out and out defender and very good at what he does, maybe not the greatest on the ball but clearly the best option to play the left sided centre back role. The only thing that's held him back previously is his injury problems, lets hope he's over them as I really rate him.

I agree with that, plus now he's got a seasoned goalkeeper, left back and two defensive midfielders to help him. IMO

onouha .just wish richards would leave the djing and weights and get back to his old form
