Micah Richards is almost ready to return to action with Manchester City.
The defender has not played since injuring his ankle playing for Team GB against South Korea during the Olympic Games.
But Richards will take part in first-team training next week, giving manager Roberto Mancini a lift going into the international break.

If there is no adverse reaction, Richards could be in line for a recall against West Bromwich Albion when the Premier League resumes on October 20.
Richards, 24, will have a fight on his hands to regain his right-back slot, with Pablo Zabaleta and Maicon vying for the position. Mancini could also play the England man at centre back

I hope Richards gets fit and back to his best, Playing for England or team GB is not good for him or our club. he is injury prone so its best he stays at city.
I think Micah will get back into the team no problem and let pablo get LB because Clichey looks poor this season
