Its disappointing to see the disrespectful comments from some on here about Micah.

Yes he has limitations in terms of reading the game and yes he has been somewhat injury prone but don't forget he has represented this club for years and has been a big part of our recent evolution.

For what its worth i think the role of CH suits his game and physique better as he is awesome in the air, decent on the ground and less likely to be caught upfield and exposed positionally.

I can foresee an almighty scramble for his services if he is still here at the end of the transfer window. In particular can see Villa being interested if they lose Vlaar and Everton who will be looking for experienced defensive cover

Yeah he's been representing us very well during the past couple of seasons where he's been seen on social media platforms more than in the squad, most of which have been facilitating 'love in' quotes about other players and other clubs.

He also put GB Olympics representation ahead of his City career and injured himself in the process. I don't think Mancini was too happy about that and it was probably the beginning of the end.

With Richards it always comes down to pain threshold, and specifically his low level. Some footballers are able to train and play at 80%. Others like Mgrath and King were able to play without training all week. Some footballers are able to play when muscles, tendons, ligaments are not 100% or are revovering. Richards however is one of those who's tolerance to pain is extremely low and poor. This is blatantly obvious also when he goes down from a knock. He takes longer than most to get back up.

Should give him a job on Citytv working alongside Chappy

Spent most of last season being the centre of most of the 'jokes' behind the scenes

No one is being disrespectful, simply realistic.Unfortunately,it appears his best days are long behind him.

I cant imagine any City fan wants to see him on the scrap heap, but unless he sorts himself out, thats the only place he is heading.

Your assessment of his qualities is also wide of the mark imo.Even though he has a great leap,he certainly isn't 'awesome' in the air and he is shocking on the ground, his lack of a football brain would also leave him painfully exposed at centre half.

He is a right back, unfortunately again......just not a particularly good one right now.

Sky Sports reporting on the transfer update was big news on his future but doesnt follow it up. At work so not seen sky sports news

Only team I can see coming in for him is QPR and knowing Harry it will be a last minute deal on the deal line for peanuts.
If there is one club out there who would get a deal moving by paying his wage, full whack, it's QPR. Your guess is as good as any yet made!
Isla to QPR makes that one unlikely.
